I cannot wait for this game. Despite everything wrong with the previous two games, I loved them to bits.

who will lead the revolution?
well it would've been that chicken if you didn't make the mistake of having him killed!

I think you should be able to dress up as V if you're a revolutionary

OT: That was the single greatest chicken I've ever seen, some really good use of symbolism in that trailer

Peter M. thinks we'll be instantly and emotionally tied to that chicken

...hmmm but hey it's not bad as a trailer, but ya would this make a good opening scene? erm...no

but I guess ironically the Fable series has never been strong in writing, huh?

When i first read it i though it said depressing chick movie, i figured Debra Winger would get cancer and say goodbye to her kids so i ignored it.

The I saw that it was a chicken movie and had to see it!

Poor chicken, it just wanted to fly and be free :(

That's sadder than anyone movie about a woman with cancer

That was quite possible the greatest opening cinematic ever, The story telling was amazing, the quality, very pixar. It, to me, set the bar on what the experience of Fable III will be. Now if I play this game and its nothing like what that Lil' Chicken had to go through.. There's going to be hell to pay.

R.I.P Charles the Rebellious Chicken. Fighting the man since 2010.
It will not surprise me that they'll tie in that feather at the end to the rebellion, somehow inspiring the main character.

I swear, if I ever get this game, first goal is gonna be to kill every chef I see. Kill them dead. With death.

For The Chicken!

That chicken's fine. He's a Fable chicken after all! If you can get kicked 100 metres, get shot point blank with a blunderbus, and get blown up by a fireball, then you will live through a crazy chef.
Was about to say....Abandoning all pretense of realism, Lionhead?

Explain why being roasted in the pot didn't kill it, but a single blunderbuss shot did...

Other than that, loved the duality of the video. It felt awkward the entire time, knowing something bad had to happen and when it did you felt terrible for laughing up to that point.

It was comedy because it was happening to someone else, not because it was done for humor. If Fable 3 keeps up with this tone AND delivers a solid gaming experience, I may have renewed faith in Lionhead

that was actually really good... high quality but yet still fable-esque graphics, as well as establishing the sotry/background/mood (to an extent) in a way that isn't too over dramatic (and it's not another damned orphan)
The Fable series seem to have covered the whole spectrum.

In Fable 1, you're just a middle class lad.
In Fable 2, you're an orphan.
And in Fable 3, you're a prince.

Talking about going from one extreme to another.
well in the 1st one you're a middle class lad who gets orphaned pretty early on... (maybe not TECHNICALLY, but for all intensive purposes character background/building, etc, etc)

I don't know if this is actually going to be the opening cutscene or not but it is pretty funny. Chicken ftw!

Mmmmmm... I'm rather hyped.. Yet I fear that it may be extremely misplaced..

I love the fact that Albion is coming into the steampunk setting I love, and to see heroes of magical descent brawling against pathetic mortal soldiers makes my blood simply fizzle with excitement..

But then I think of how it will probably be on the 360 only, and my heart sinks.

Loved that cinematic though. It really does set the mood, although in a very odd way.
