I agree. At the end of the day, most girls get them done because they aren't happy with their current size, so they are doing it to feel better about themselves, but the majority of men hate implants, and if a lot of men see them as turn offs, surely that's not going to make you feel any better?Cpt_Oblivious said:

FAKE BREASTS ARE A SIN!!! People should just live with the bodies they were born with no one needs plastic surgury like that flat chested or not but it is their choice.

Fake breasts just show how shallow that person really is. It's a body part, you get what you get. I'd be happy with whatever.
I like breast implants. Today the technology used to do the surgery is so good that fake breasts aren't that noticeable anymore. I don't want to come across as shallow, but big ol' tits are awesome.
Eh, I'll take what I can get, I don't have much of a preference. I don't like when they get all saggy and baggy, so I guess I'm all for it, but not until they get to that point. I don't think any 24 year olds need to get them done.

Slightly relevant: In the books by Adrzej Sapkowski that The Witcher game is based on it actually explains why all the female magic users are so beautiful. Basically only those of noble blood can usually become a Sorceress/ Enchantress/ Magician(take your pick). In the case of woman it is only the ones who are to ugly to be married off that have the chance to get magical training. Once they have the ability to use magic properly they all turn themselves into stunning beauties using magic, but deep down the resentment of others is still there.

But seriously, although they may be nice to look at, I don't particularly like the idea. If it's done to make the person feel better about themselves then I reckon they have an issue that is better resolved rather than sidestepped through implants to cover up their insecurities. And if it's done purely to make themselves appear more attractive then I can barely put into words how shallow that seems to me. I understand the reasoning behind the move, but it just seems to promote a kind of superficiality I find kind of distasteful.
as long as they dont look too fake but i wouldnt encourage a girl with regular breasts to get ones unless she has a real 'breast issue'

To be honest breast aren't even the first physical thing I look for in women, don't get me wrong they're nice, but I'm more of a bum dude (Christ that came out wrong).
When it comes to breasts I prefer firm, perky, fellows, be they small or large. in the case of the latter despite all the fun that could be had, and believe me, I could have a lot of fun, lets face it though, few large boobs can stand the test of time.
