On one hand, they do visibly improve shape and size, on one hand, they look unnatural and feel all wrong.

If they were made carefully and look pretty, then of course I'm totally in for it.
But if they look cheap and kinda outta place, then probably not. For example if one nipple isn't the mirror opposite. It kinda looks alienating and not good at all.

As long as they're not too big. But it doesn't matter if they are small, it just turns me off when someone's got melons for melons. If you see that they're fake, it's just a massive turn-off. And you do most of the time.

So long as they're not over the top I don't really care. If it boosts their confidence, then fine. I know of a girl who was completely flat chested, so when she hit 18 she went and got surgery done, to a sensible size (of which I don't know, I'm not in the habit of keeping tags on people's bra sizes) and she's definitely less shy and more confident. And although I do my best not to look, they do look very good, and you wouldn't know they were fake until you touched them (I'd have thought, apparently fakes don't feel as good) and even then, it's better than nothing.

If they are huge, it is a turnoff for me, but just some small ones, okay. But given a choice, I would choose a girl with naturals over fakes.

I never said having that naturally is a bad thing, I was merely saying that implants of her caliber were lovely, I never said they were better.

Having C cup implants that aren't cheap is definatly a good thing though, better than G cup plastic monstrosities.
