Personally I think women should just leave them the way they are. I prefer smaller breasts anyway. The idea that only large breasts attarct guys is shallow and a sad reflection on today's society.

I don't understand why someone would want breast implants. Well, okay, I can understand why someone would consider it, but it astounds me that anyone ever goes through with it. Maybe that's just because I have a decent pair of my own. But fake breasts just look... weird, and especially obvious if they're out of proportion to the woman's overall weight. Looking unnatural is just... well, it's unnatural.

Besides, if your chest is too large you end up having back problems.

Oh, and as an example of sorts, see South Park. There was an episode dealing with breast implants, I think.

Not attractive at all.
ya, its easy to tell fake boobs, and they are quite ugly.

(fakeboobs lay in an orb shape on a woman's chest, real sorta hide away)

Obviously natural is best, but I guess I don't mind fake too much, but if they exceed Double D, it's a bit stupid to be honest

I think they're horrible - they look so tacky and rubbish. Plus they're not nice to touch.

Plastic Surgery for vainity is completely obscene anyway.

I'm not a fan of fake boobs. The idea just doesn't sit well with me. I'm not really sure why.

It's kinda like they sometimes look too perfect... I dunno...

Yucky.
That is all. What, an exlanation? Oh, alright then.
I'd find it acceptable if it was a little, subtle implant for a bit of a confidence top-up, but when it looks like they've been glued on it's gone too far.

My opinion is this: If you want them get them and enjoy them, but don't get them too big because then it looks gross. If you don't, then shut up.

Cosmetic surgery has come a very long ways, especially with breast implants. If you get a top of the line job done from a good clinic with a good doctor they are fantastic. The thing is, most women (or whoever is paying) can't afford a top of the line procedure and their boobs end up looking like basketballs. There are several different procedures and the more expensive, the better the job.

Also, I think people who say they wouldn't date or hook up with a girl because she has fake boobs is no less shallow then a person who insists on them. Who are you to judge another person's choice on what they do with their bodies, especially if it makes them feel better about themselves... but that's just me.

Large breasts have been sought after and even worshipped by cultures throughout time. Even prehistoric man created idols of extremely endowed women and held those images sacred and supremely erotic.

Natural, definately. Though, I have absolutely nothing against any woman who wants to get a lift later on in life when gravity has been working against her. Yep, I'm sure it's somewhat vain, and it's about getting things looking more like they used to at a younger age, but I'm fine with that.

I don't like them very much. To me it seems the only people who deem it necessary to go through such a thing care too much about vanity for me to be interested in. I don't like plastic surgery in general, unless it is necessary (a la facial reconstruction).

A boob is a boob, regardless of whether it is 100% organic or contains more plastic than your average Honda I'd still say that I couldn;t care less when it comes to it.

As long as I can still get away with (discreetly) mentally undressing a woman then I promise not to judge her over what I imagine to be underneath.
