I think the general consensus is the group of women that augment their breasts for personal reasons other than breast removal. I'd be fine with a woman who had to get implants due to breast cancer. I'd just be glad that she's alive.slabomeat said:

I'm gonna be very, very frank with this post. Nothing makes me more angry when I'm looking at some hot models or celebrities pics than when I hear rumors about her that her boobs are fake or I think that they are. I believe no woman should get breast implants, and it ruins my, well um.... Enjoyment when I hear whispers or just notice their fake, it's an instant "you can't enjoy yourself to this" moment. I think all people out their know what I mean when I say "enjoyment".

I honestly prefer natural, it's the way it's naturally meant to be, plus, they feel better then plastic - not to mention that grossly overlarge and visible scars are an incredible turnoff.

Despite being associated with a group of people who by and large have an issue with their 'breast size', I don't personally have any inclination to get implants.
Meanwhile, I don't really care about who has them or not.
It's their choice, but I don't think the consequences are something that can just be ignored...

im against fake breasts. they are gross and dont have the jiggle and just all around just so obviously...fake.
though this is coming from someone who actually prefers a smaller breast size, though big is still nice >_>.

I think they look unnatural and a good bit of them are too big. Also, they strike me as wrong for some reason.
Besides, I care a good deal more about shape and even find an appeal in smaller boobs.
