Awesome! I was never that fussed about the graphics tbh, I still love the game, and I'd rather have a higher and more stable framerate than slightly better textures, but still it's a nice update to have, and I can't wait to see it.
i'll get excited about a fallout 3 patch that fixes VATS targeting percentages (broken since 1.1) as well as any perks related to targeting percentages.
the new patch's biggest benefit is to allow me to buy the next DLC... strange priorities beth + M$ have there...
i guess i'm happy for you x360 people, tho. your VATS might be broken, but you also have no real, scientific way to prove that it's broken, so game on, i guess.

I haven't seen it played on anything but a 360, but I do like this idea. trouble is, should I fork out lots of the ridiculous Microsoft points for this DLC? I didn't by Operation: Anchorage but everybody says I should (or says that it's a pile of shit and that I should aviod it, but thats the games industry for you)

If that costs money? Hell no. I see slightly more glisteny-ness. I really don't care that much. Might have something to do witht he fact I still play fallout 1 and the graphics mean jack to me. Sure, good graphics are nice, but so long as everything is clearly defined (graphically) then it's fine by me. By that I mean you can tell one thing from another. Clean lines and all.
