Dude, Herbert and Bob are in Fallout 3 as well, in Oasis.

I'd have to go with Megaton. It just has that charm to it, you know? Plus, Moira Brown is a plus.

Oasis is nice and happy, quite secure etc.
Tenpenny Tower is fully functional, easy on the eyes etc.

And Megaton is better than Tenpenny Tower because the people of Megaton aren't rich assholes.

If I was an "Animal Friend" kind of person, then I'd see no harm in the old fashioned Yaoi Guai tunnels.

If I wanted to live, however, I'd probably go Oasis, or storm out the entire Tenpenny Tower and claim it as my own. It'd be a new 'Republic of Anglo'.
