The leader of the Regulator's, whats her face, once left the building and kept running west, I have yet to see her again and I am sitting on a few hundred fingers.

Once when I was reverse pickpocketing the guard outside Rivet City (as I always do wen i enter or leave the city,) he did the normal thing of running around screaming, but the nade didn't explode and he just continued running around. When I came back later he had disappeared, and never showed up again...

the super mutant behemoth at evergreen mills also took a trip to the sky wen i shot it with an old tin can from the rock-it-launcher =/
and, it's not a glitch per say, but i figured out how to get out of tranquility lane without killing anyone (i did make that kid cry though, coz that's pretty funny =P )

Oddest (and coolest) thing to happen to me was when I was wandering some tunnel somewhere, and came face-to-face with one of those really powerful Super Mutants - the ones even more powerful than the Masters. I entered a door and quick-saved, but realised I was on little to no health, and almost near death, and the mutie fired a rocket at me just after I saved.
I must have pressed the wrong combination of buttons at the exact moment I was nose-o-nose with the rocket and the main menu came up. I loaded my game, but it loaded funny and the mutie and rocket were doing this hilarious little flailing movement, ragdolling about like kids on a sugar rush, and nothing hit me!

She did that to me and I found her. She runs into a rock behind the house. Just kill whatevers killing the cows then look for trapped between these rocks. Thats where I found her in anyway. Good luck.flip7406 said:

Weirdest glitch thats ever happened was a brahmin got spawned inside the slave place and it was invincible and massive attack power. It murdered all the Slaves then killed me as I was laughing.
I have the last laugh though as Cows cant use keys! Mwahahaha
Having the three of the same person following you thanks to a glitch - Now that's fun. Also, killing someone outdoors, and for some unknown reason, their corpse goes flying until it hits a wall, where it proceeds to violently flail (And I mean as in "Stretch Armstrong is proud" level of flailing and twisting) for the next few minutes.

I've only had one glitch - I once killed a raider and they didn't drop dead, they stayed stood up in firing position.
i've seen a triple spawned rad scorpion once... as in, 3 scorpions in the same place, somehow attached to each other, the thing had 6 claws (randomly popping out of each other XD) a nuke brought them to ragdoll heaven, cause they flew up and new never saw m again...
I have never heard of that happening, but after seeing the plunger room of death I'm willing to belive allmost anything at this point.

1. around the top left region of the map near the dunwhich building i was at the top of a really high cliff and at the bottom a deathclaw spotted me ... i laughed as it tried to reach me for 2 minutes going "pfffft .. stupid AI" ... the deathclaw left my sights but i could still hear the steps, 20 secs later i got bored .. i turned around ready to leave when i see that same deathclaw only 10 or so metres away sprinting at me top speed "FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU......"
2. at low levels during an intense fight with a huge bunch raiders the fire lancer event happened right in the middle of the fight (an alien blaster called the fire lancer shoots in from the sky and lands in a spot near you, and it's just as, if not stronger than the one at the crash site .. it can 1 shot a behemoth) ..... and a raider grabbed it then sprinted at me blasting away with that pesky AI needlepoint accuracy .... i ran "FFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU.." ... but it wasn't long before i was 1 shotted by the guy

Just the standard spazzing ragdolls, except this one crashed into the Rivet City gate guard and killed him, sent him flying into the water. Turns out the corpse was that of the captive I rescued from the Super Mutant camp not very far from the settlement. She was missing her head and had numerous bullet wounds. Dunno where she got killed, I cleared out the super mutant encampment and the area around the water purifier. Guess she went pretty far, as this happened a good 30 minutes or so after I saved her.
