If you're playing the PC version, enable noclip (type "tcl" without the quotes on the console) then explode someone. Results are freaky to say the least.

He went to experts, they said his graphics card is fucked up. And his processor couldn't sort the problem. A total mechanical failure.
He can't run fallout 3 without that thing. MINDFUCK
