So I've been reading the Vault wiki for a while and its interesting stuff. I see that much like Oblivion it has a huge number of skills. Any suggestions on the best skills to choose apart from Small Guns?

The immersion is WAAAAAAAAAAAAY better. Plus, the weapon degradation doesn't happen as fast, and if you use common weapons, they're a snap to fix.

Or easy to replace.

^^ Items do decay but you'll find so many of them it really doesn't matter much. Even the late game items end up becoming pretty common.

Lockpicking, science and speech are really used a lot. Aside from that I'd pick a second weapon skill besides small arms..which depends on what playstyle your going for. I went small arms, energy weapons.
