If it's true, which I doubt, that would be the end of TES as we know it. You can't really share sandboxes effectively. The whole point of Bethesda's games is that it's you all alone up against a huge world. Once you add multiplayer, you lose that sense of wonder everyone gets when they step out of the prison sewers/Vault entrance/Customs and Excise building.
Its also the reason (if true) that I will not be purchasing the game.
