What many news reporters fail to report on is how each and every video game indirectly causes violence, or at the least aggrieved and violent thoughts. Every time a reporter sees some unproved connection between video games/movies/any kind of media and report on it, they make a people aggrivated.

Having a fat character in a game will cause there to be lots of obese children in the USA ...

... and all those people playing Call of Duty and Medal of Honor games directly contributed to the outbreak of World War Two.

I love how she says "baked goods" instead of just cake. Although, to be fair to the program, they at least get both sides of the argument in there.

This is just a jolly little multiplayer game that takes the 'princess in the castle' tradition of gaming and does something funny, cute, original and fun with it. Seeing people overreact to it like this is pretty funny to me because I know they're wrong.

Just the media trying to get more attention with something possibly controversial. Just ignore it.

Because asking for this sort of thing definitely makes gamers look peaceful.

Yep. You have to copy what happens in games, it's the law or something.

I know I went and killed my 15 peasants today.
[small]Oh look! It's the police, I wonder what they want.[/small]
I called my dad with me, put some glue on us, and started rolling around the streets. By nightfall we had a huge ball made of the items we rolled on.
[small]Actually nothing glued to us *cries* I'll go and eat a shitlot because of the frustration. If I don't come back or wind up in the hospital, tell them it's all Katamari Damacy's and Fat Princess's fault[/small]

Your missing my point. Videogames are often first to blame when violence occurs. How do you disprove this false belief that video games make people violent? By asking for every new reporter to be killed.

Let them blame it. They will never understand the fact that they don't, so why even explain it to them anymore? I just have a natural hate of certain people which include news reporters.

How can they understand that games don't make you violent when some gamers utter phrases like "SOMEBODY, PLEASE, KILL EVERY FUCKING REPORTER ON THIS FUCKING PLANET!"?

I agree with the reporter. In fact, why don't we get rid of every single obstacle course and shooting range on every military base in th US and let two weeks of America's Army train our soldiers.

"controversial" games are the bull's bollocks there is no proof at all to back up any of their statements the big wigs and fathats make but yet they bring it all these supposed "experts" who have done "studies" and let them them spout out more idiocy and stupidness that people who live to complain will say 'oh if that type of person is saying this then it must be true'. Get the facts straight news people.

Now i'm gonna play some Manhunt and imagine every gang member is a stupid ignorant news person

People with problems are always trying to look for a scapegoat. They want to blame everything else except for the actual cause of the problem. In the case of child obesity, this is just another excuse a guilty feeling parent can use.
