I'm sorry if this topic has been done before, after a brief search I couldn?t find anything like it.

So, which character's side quest did you think was the best? It could be for any reason, such as development of the character, a hard moral choice, or just plain awesomeness.

I'll start, mine is probably Thane's quest.
It made me feel like I was this spy, sneaking about in the rafters, invisible, looking out for a turian while somewhere among the crowd, was an assassin, just waiting to strike. It really felt suited to the type of character Thane was as well.

So what is your favorite side quest?

Gotta go with Tali's. Her voice actor really shines here, and it's impossible for me not to hug her when we find her dead father.

Garrus for his characters AWESOMENESS and Samara for the change in pace, Thanes was good to.

Tali. Going to the largest fleet in the galaxy? Quarian politics? Jayne Kal'Reegar? Shouting down the Admirals and calling them on their bullshit?

It was awesome.

Plus the line "I'm here to help, and I'm good at killing Geth."
Also Legion's almost panicked "This platform is not available for experimentation."

It's a tie between Zaeed's en Thane's.

Zaeed for just being a total badass, and Thane solely for the mission. Especially the good cop, bad cop part.

Thane's for the awesome, Garrus' for the tense moment of standing between him and his target, and Mordin's for story/plot expansion

Grunt's and Mordin's, simply because they let me meet up with my ol' pal Wrex and have fun interacting with Krogan's.

Mordin's mission is also surprisingly intense too and extremely morally debatable, which I like. It's difficult to look at Mordin the same way after that mission, suddenly you realize he ain't just comedic relief, but that he's one seriously messed up guy and only a razor's edge away from true 'mad scientist' status.
