I'm not a huuuuuuuuge Evangelion fan but I hum this at work.

you think that you have it stuck in your head, you should see the Japanese coast guard

You have no idea how happy I was to find out that a Coast Guard would actually play this song

Well, I think it would be this one.

I didn't know they did a full version.

OT:
I'll give everyone a hint and see if anyone can get it
...Shinga Shinga Shinga Shinga Shinga.

There's also that one from Naruto, I think season 5. You know, the good one.

Here are two that I feel are pretty good, and unlikely to have yet been posted. Very cute and upbeat.

The full version of the second video isn't up anymore. It pops up every few days, so keep checking if you really want it.

I watched kokoro connect and was like this theme song is amazing then ugly singing ruined a really good music piece, luckily there is one with just the music on youtube :D I cant tell you how happy i was to find out

Also only the author of this thread(and the guy that posted evangelion but everyone and their dog knows that one) has come up with a really good theme song the rest is pretty bad. Please people try harder.

I have no idea why but Colors by Flow seems to be stuck in my head even 3 years after hearing it

Nice and upbeat with a good slower portion near the start to help with buildup. A great song for one of my favorite anime
I like a lot of the Code Geass op/end songs, but this is prolly my fav. Especially with the awesome slam jam version.

Tough call, but I'm going with...

(Yes, this is the full version, they don't have the short version there for some reason...)

This can be hideously hard to get out of my head once it gets going...

Have absolutely no idea what it's about, but I think that's sort of the point. I went from finding it annoying and fast forwarding it upon the first few viewings to lustily (and badly) singing along whenever it came on. Which it did a lot, because that show is fucking hilarious.
holy shit, i just experienced what you described in an incredibly fast manner, i might just have to watch this show now...

I saw the Shingeki no Kyoujin opening had been posted already so i picked some others off the top of my head. Think five's enough so as not to flood the thread.

One that has stuck with me for the past few years is the opening from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei, "Super scription of data."
It's one of the few songs that I will not skip when listening to my mp3 player.

It's been called the "Seinfeld" of anime. Loosely connected comedic sketches with no overarching plot beyond the passage of time. I was confused for the first episode, warmed up significantly after 2-3, and then promptly watched the entire series 3 times in a row back to back, laughing my ass off the entire time.

I'm not really an anime expert, but from what I've read, it's considered a classic. Manga was pretty damn good too.

Just don't watch the dub. The dub isn't a patch on the original.

Someone already mentioned it but this is the most overdramatic, and manly song I have ever heard. When ever it gets to SO NO CHI NO SADAME, jOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOJOE! I am compelled to sing along.

And then to add one that hasn't been mentioned I'll go with Modern Strange Cowboy the opening for Needless

Oh and I can't hear Renai Circulation without thinking of this:

huh, well that's definitely something i'm adding to my already long list of awesome shit i need to watch.

oh and i hear ya on the dub/sub thing, i've been seeing alot of random dub's lately (from friends or brothers watching them) of stuff i've already watched and it is horrid how butchered/different it is compared to the original, some japanese voice actors/mannerisms just can't be mimicked in english, ESPECIALLY when it comes to humor

I don't care that my friends say it's not a "real" anime.
It's a cartoon from japan. So to me,it's ANIME!
(maybe you guys noticed I don't know anything about anime, but i thought i should post it here anyway. You know representing)

And ya'll have to admit. It is awesome.

As soon as you posted this SO NO CHI NO SADAMEEEEE!!!! Ran through my head at Max Volume, it's so ludicrously over dramatic I just can't help but love it.

Though I would also posit the theme to GaoGaiGar as being equally so overdramtic and manly that it makes you grow hair on your SOUL!
