Watched it over 40 times as a kid. In one month.

This is the only animated movie I remember my parents complaining that I watched too much. Thus, it must be the winner.

I'm sure I've already said this a gazillion times this week (since I only saw it a few days ago) but Grave of the Fireflies was really good, exceeded the already high expectations I had put on it during the several week hunt to get a hold of the movie. A beautiful and sad film.

Yep, a very moving film... blubbed quite severely near the end.

And it was released at the same time as My Neighbour Totoro as a double bill. Heavy going, that.

Otherwise, will go for... Sky Crawlers.

Grave of the Fireflies would definitely be high on my list. Probably second. First though goes to Ninja Scroll. Love that movie!
