I can't possibly pick one above all others, but I suppose Red Spot (giant old whale thing from Blue Sub. No. 6), I'll find a picture in a minute.

He's not just big and deadly, he's intelligent.

Cho Hakkai, from Gensomaden Saiyuki. Sure, he's a pleasant, charismatic guy and able to quickly defuse situations. Some might even call him nice. That is until he gets angry, where he'll tear out one of his own eyes and kill a thousand demons in a fit of rage (in separate occurrences). He even breaks a guy's arm like a twig while smiling and rather cheerfully stating that he wasn't mad.

Dude's got issues.

Second place goes to Prince of Tennis' (don't laugh, it's actually really good) Tezuka Kunimitsu. Because he plays aikido tennis.​
