Rika and Hanyuu from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni/Kai/Rei
And Tsukasa. Not from Lucky Star, I mean from .hack//SIGN, although Tsukasa is my second favorite character from Lucky Star.

I'm going to go for a classic for my pick. The dread terror. The Goddess of destruction. The tyrant of hell itself. Fear and madness incarnate. The one and only Lina Inverse. Seriously a crazy sorcerer that can swallow mountains of food, has a greedy, crazed attitude and of course has a spell that can devastate an entire city. Of course she will use it if someone makes the wrong comment on a certain "under-developed" part of her. But of course willing to fight for justice when push comes to shove. If the price is right of course. ^-^

Yes it is the ever popular Lelouch Vi Britannia, but who can blame me, the character is made of epic, and Code Geass is one of my all time favourite shows, so yeah.
What can be said about good old Rau here that hasn't been said by every pro SEED fan out there? Since I actually prefer this omnicidal maniac over the original I guess you could call him the best Char clone of them all

Because he is a Werewolf, And he has the best monologue about humanity in any Manga i've ever read. I looked so hard to find it but i can't seem to find it.
Oh and first Chapter he gets beaten with clubs, then hit with a car, shot and beaten again by about 50 guys and he stands up and say's

And that werewolf guy intrigues me, never heard of that manga has it been adapted to an anime?
