As far as getting suckered in by obviously deliberate fangirl-bait it'd be hard to exclude the medicine seller from mononoke.
In the end he's probably beaten by Vino from Baccano, who I won't post a picture of because even his name almost needs a spoiler tag. Or Graham Spector, also from Baccano. Or Jaccuzi if I want to hug something. Or Isaac if I need moon-logic to help me justify my love of steak. Really anyone from Baccano, they all just fit so well together. :V

This one is really hard but I think I will have to go with Accelerator from To Aru Majutsu no Index. Seriously he has the coolest ability I have ever seen and is a totally badass psycho to boot.

Balsa (from Seirei no Moribito) - role model, mother-figure, pretty good looking and more than capable of kicking your ass with a busted weapon
Balalaika (from Black Lagoon) - she makes a facial scar look sexy, doesn't take shit from anyone and really knows how to enjoy killing someone
