There are Great movies, decent movies, and movies that are unapologetically B-movies. I am wondering what is your favorite.

The Tremors series. I think I've seen 3 of them, the one with the assblasters being the most silly. And Burt, don't forget the awesomeness that is Burt.

Opinions on it are very divided, even among B-Movie fans - but it was literally the first one I ever watched, and it was pretty much my gateway drug. I've watched loads since then, and they're (usually) awesome!

That's an 'F' move, not a B movie! >_<

Pretty underrated in my opinion, but it is definitely one of my favourite movies.
Much better than most "A" - movies these days...

Anything by Ed Wood, though 'Plan 9 From Outer Space' is (of course) his best/worst film, and for good reason. I love blaxploitation flicks too, did a big essay on them for my Film Studies course a couple of months ago. If you haven't seen 'Blacula', you really should. It's actually pretty damn good!

Finally, 'Sweet Sweetback's Baadasssss Song'. It's fun just listening to the stories involved with its production, such as Melvin van Peebles (the director/star/everything else) pretending it was a porno to avoid the unions, contracting gonorrhoea from an unsimulated sex scene and claiming benefits for being injured to help funk the film! Absolutely mental...

Blacula is always good, as is Robot Monster or anything bearing Ed Wood's name, but the best B-Movie ever is The Toxic Avenger. Hands down. I love that friggin' movie.

Hmmm. Lake Placid. I love that movie (he seemed taller....). And it used to piss me off that people didn't seem to realise it was a cheesy B piss take rather than anything else.

Imma go with Dead Alive, simply because every time during that movie I said to myself something along the lines of "Gosh I sure wish this suddenly happened, or I wish that the movie would go in this direction" it did.

The movie literally delivered everything I wanted it, the moment I wanted it. Except any nudity/porn. So if you do want to watch it, have another TV playing a porno, and you will probably get every last thing you want. Oh, and it doesn't contain a little porn, just no nudity. Some of the best porn I have seen in a B movie though.

Anything from Robert Rodriguez. Including Spy Kids. If I had to pick one, it'd be Planet Terror. Oh, the Tremors movies were cool too, they're mentioned above. And of course, Rocky Horror Picture Show.

There are alot of answers, but really it has to be the ones that MST3K had the most fun with. Like...SPACE MUTINY!

Does Galaxy Quest count? Because I've just watched that today and it is hilarious.

Really? I considered it a very tongue-in-cheek pseudo-monster thriller. Still, is it really a B-movie, 'cos it had rather good production values.

OT: I'm much disappoint that no-one has mentioned the most epic of B-movies: the Princess Bride.

...

What? Piss off, you enjoyed it too!
