Nine Inch Nails, followed by Alice in Chains, Skinny Puppy, David Bowie and Tori Amos
Wow, I like your taste... Absolutely love all of those except Skinny Puppy but only because I've never heard them.

New Alice in Chains album thoughts? I thought it was great.

Also, 'Winter' by Tori leaves me a blubby wreck every time.
thanks for the compliment.
New Alice in Chains was good, but it makes me miss Lane Staley. Such a waste.
and yes, "Winter" can cause a grown man to break down. Amazingly powerful.

I'd have to go with Bumblefoot, Megadeth (obviously), and The Beatles.
METALLICA(not Megadeth) and old Linkin Park, none of that Minutes to Midnight/New Divide garbage. Sorry, but i enjoy butting heads with Megadeth fans b/c it always starts compelling arguments, no intention of starting an argument for the sake of an argument.

Nah don't worry, I like all of the big four (cept for Slayers and Metallica's later stuff), Muwhahahaha!

Here's how my top five goes:

1.Creed
2.Disturbed (by the slightest of margins behind Creed)
3.AC/DC
4.Metallica
5.Black Sabbath/Ozzy Osbourne

I'm pretty much into all things rock with a nice little variety of different rock sounds.

The Who, of course.

Favourite artist would be Keith 'The Loon' Moon, one of the best rock-drummers ever.

Instead of listing 50 bands I like I'll just go with one - Queens Of The Stone Age.

You're joking, right? Creed? Seriously? Whenever I say I enjoy Creed I do so in a satirical manner. I'd hope the rest of humanity would do the same. But I digress.

OP - The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, and the Killers are my three favorite bands.

METALLICA (as you might be able to determine from my name)

Also, System of a Down and Mastodon. Red Hot Chili Peppers and Radiohead are great too.

yah, i don't even acknowledge the existence of post-Black Album Metallica. Yes i enjoyed the Black album despite the noticeable shift from good music to mainstream. In my world Metallica all died after the release of the Black Album.

I agree with you in the case of St. Anger(Ugh) and Load and Reload for the most part (there were some pretty cool songs on those two, but too few and far between), but cmon Death Magnetic was pretty darn good.
