Favorite Batman Villains.

With the new Batman: Arkham Asylum coming out next month, and the full list of villains in the game, I'd like to hear what was your favorite villain. If he got into the new game and if he didn't are you disappointed?

I personally think that The Joker (I know not very origional) is the best. He's just such a psychotic, killer that, for some reason, tends to be very sympathetic. Of course, until he killed Robin and paralyzed Batgirl and brainwashed Dick Grayson. So yeah, The Jokers my favorite.

I like the joker from BEFORE dark knight, when everybody fell in love with him because of stuff that doesn't matter (cough heath ledger cough). The original comic books joker was the best, killing something like 1000 people the first time he shows up, just because he can. But the Adam West, Ceasar Romero Joker was by far the best one. I dare you to watch one of the old episodes and not love him.

I agree, people just say they like the joker because he was in the movie (and because of Heath Ledger) He was best in the comics when, like I said, killed Robin and paralyzed Batgirl. Not to mention, all of those innocent bystanders.

I thought Deacon Blackfire (from Batman: The Cult) was an interesting villain. No crazy gadgets, no funky costumes, just a very charismatic personality.

Definitely the Mark Hamill Joker. He's psychotic, yet lovable. And don't even get me started on the voice, he fit the role (voice and behavior-wise) like Jack Nicholson only wishes he could.

Second is Bane, before Joel Schumacher decided that ADD would make him a better character.
