Two Face or the Riddler. Two face's unpredictablity was interesting. It was down to luck wether or not he killed someone. The riddlers OCD tendencies and high intellect made him quite strange but Facinating. He had the smarts to beat Batman and yet he fails because of His Compulsive need to give riddles.

Robin. It's subtle, but his master plan will come in time and Wayne will be left broken.

Serious, has to be the joker because he's a mental villain, not a physical one and I prefer those.

Scarecrow, being able to turn someone's greatest fears against them is something I've always found interesting.

Mr. Freeze actually comes to me before Joker. While Mark Hamill definitely solidified the Joker in my mind throughout my childhood as one scary ************, Mr. Freeze had an interesting motivation and was a very sympathetic character.

The Joker, I mean I could I say something else to avoid the whole "joker is so popular" thing, but the joker is just the best.

EDIT: Oh besides the Joker haha,I guess I would have to say Riddler or Two-Face.

Arkham Asylum.

If you've read the graphic novel it is an entity in itself.

It's a three way tie between the joker, two face, and the riddler. The joker probably wins by just a smidge, but either way, all three are all bat shit crazy no pun intended?

Other then the Joker, its the Riddler and Bane. The Riddler can put Batman's mind to the test and Bane pushes him physically.

The Riddler, because of his sick mind and cleverness.

Especially that hilarious joke about the baby with it's legs cut off.

Also Harlie Quiin(sp?) because of her ability to put up with the Joker's insanity.

And she's hot, so that's a plus.

Harley Quinn is so much fun to watch. She's like the Joker, but more crazy. She's also the only villain I know who's motivation is fangirlism.

The Riddler. I like intellectual villains.
Also CalenderMan. His motivation is just ridiculous

Interesting choice, I kinda agree.

If I were to go with a character, it would be Hugo Strange.
