I had a fit when I first head that in KH2. I knew it meant doom...for about a week since it took forever to level up enough to beat him.

I like this one probably the most. It fit the battle really well.

I've got some that have stood out for me.

I forget which time this is her theme, but from Touhou, I really like Mima's Reincarnation:
(ZUN's remix is also quite good.)

I also have to say Omega's Cannon Ball, from Megaman Zero 3/Megaman ZX 1:
I would actually play up to the Final Boss fight, and pause, just to hear this song.

And, for a third, I'd pick Culex's theme from FFIV(Japan)/SMRPG:
Annoying as hell boss, if you don't already have the Jinx Belt and Lazy Shells, but his theme is quite superb... Then again, he's from Final Fantasy, so that's to be expected.

Crystal King is indeed a good song.

I know the Sonic franchise also died around here, but I still like the music. Especially the second Sonic vs. Shadow theme from SA2. I know it has a name, but it isn't mentioned ANYWHERE.
