Futurama - Obvious reasons, a lot of people have already said why it's a shame it got cancelled.

Wonder Showzen - I was so obscenely clever and compelling, MTV cancelled it after 2 seasons because they were afraid that teenagers might start thinking if they watched it - and as a TV channel, they are utterly opposed to this notion.

Brass Eye was another, though I won't harp on about it since it only aired in Britain and only lasted one season.

Oh, I have another one. Liquid Television on MTV...particularly, the MTV's Oddities series. I absolutely loved The Maxx.

Oh, I can't remember the name of the one I loved and got cancelled BEFORE THE LAST FUCKING EPISODE. The one where two people got married (Allison and Danny) and every wedding plan went to hell before you could notice! I CAN'T REMEMBER THE STUPID NAME!!!

Things like Black Books, and a lot of UK sitcoms that ended after 2 or 3 series, I think is probably a good choice on the part of the writer, Look at things that last 2 or 3 series, Father Ted, Fawlty Towers, The Office, Spaced, The Day Today, Blackadder had 4, etc... Then look at things that went on forever, My Family, Last of the Summer Wine, Friends... Mediocre, average, safe comedy that just fills gaps in the schedules.

I believe a really great sitcom writer knows when to kill a series.

However, I would have liked to see a few more episodes of the South Park guys' 'That's my Bush!'

It was pretty badly received, I think because it was misunderstood.
As a sictom based around George Bush in the Whitehouse, I think more people were expecting a heavily political comedy, when in fact it was a parody of all the middle of the road US sitcoms clogging up TV, with the stereotypical dumb male lead, sassy wife, glam teen girl, smart home help, and convenient to the plot neighbour who just walks in whenever needed...

If you get a chance, watch an episode, I really liked it, tho it does have the south park touch in terms of gross out humour!

I really liked Clerks animated too, also I wish more lesser known sitcoms got repeats, things like Attention Scum!, or Big Train, or The Day Today, or Jam, or even the Young Ones.

I was one of the few kids who loved Zim. Now, today, I have the entire series in a box set, I can truely appreciate its greatness. GIR is the best charecter that TV has or ever will come up with.

Oh, and this might be premature, but I will miss Chuck, because if NBC was stupid enough to drop Scrubs, they cannot be trusted with anymore good shows. Also, I noticed that G4 and SciFi both now air Heroes and Lost. I mean seriously, SciFi should make more original shows instead of those crappy movies they make (Really, zombie flu birds?). The only things I watch on SciFi any more are Atlantis and reruns of SG-1 and Star Trek:TNG. Atlantis is alright, but the Wraith aren't nearly as meanacing as the Goa'uld.

Dead Like Me, Arrested Development in particular.. two seriously great shows canned well before their time. Firefly is also in my list, gotta wonder what these big TV execs are thinking sometimes.

Twin Peaks and Carnivale. Both HBO shows and both cancelled When they had reached their peak.

I hate HBO, although In Treatment is a great show.

Firefly.

No other even compares to the disappointment I still feel at the cancellation of that show.
