No chance! Veronica Mars, hands down. Even Joss Whedon said it was the best show on tv.Julianking93 said:Firefly of course.
And I believe that will win this thread as it always does.
I watched the tv movie come back and it was terrible, although callum blue and ellen muth were still awesome.likalaruku said:RaphaelsRedemption said:I thought this one was being resurrected? Please don't disappoint me...likalaruku said:Well, I suppose Married with Children was on long enough, so lets go with something cut down in it's youth; Dead Like Me.
Mmm, all I can find was this: "A direct-to-DVD movie entitled Dead Like Me: Life After Death was released on February 17, 2009, with an option to restart the series."
Mmm, true. Crews and Reese should have stayed separate. They pretty much had in almost every episode before the final one... Personally I liked the relationship Reese had with Tidwell though. It wasn't anything serious and unlike so many shows the relationship wasn't a main focus of the story and, more importantly, it didn't feel forced.octafish said:Oh I didn't like the romance thing, that ruined a great story for me. Part of what made Life great was the non-sexual-tension relationship of Crews and Reese. Life shouldn't have been canceled though.smeghead25 said:Life.
Fantastic cop drama with a great conspiracy plot beng expanded every episode.
At least it got a decent ending as the writers knew they were getting axed. Definitely one of my favorite storyline conclusions of all time :')
Oh, yea. Whatever that... thing is, it's not Tom. I don't know when or why they changed into that but I know that was far beyond the death of Toonami. I think that thing was Cartoon Networks' attempt to keep Toonami alive... and failing miserably. I saw only 1 of those things and had had enough.ZehGeek said:snip
I was a tad late to the game, actually. I was sticking with Toonami for a while, even through Naruto and his horrid catch phrase (Which shouldn't have ever even existed, dammit!) until late into that anime I had a good buddy from Guild Wars finally convince me that Sub are always better than Dubs. I was hesitant at first, and the topic is heavily debatable, but I've found that factoid to be completely true and it's allowed me access to so many animes I would have never gotten the opportunity to enjoy otherwise.Sakurazaki1023 said:Amen!Aby_Z said:snip
I completely grew up on Toonami anime, so the highlight of my Friday/Saturday night was sitting down to watch Rurouni Kenshin, or Gundam Wing, or Yu Yu Hakusho, or one of the dozens of other good anime they aired. As soon as they stopped airing the good stuff, I switched to the Internet and DVDs to get my anime fix and haven't gone back.
Shyep. Everything is and always will be Firefly when it comes to favourite cancelled TV shows =)Julianking93 said:Firefly of course.

Yes and yes. I think the reason Firefly got cancelled was because FOX (the stodgy bastards that are ALWAYS the problem and never the solution) got their times or some shit fucked up. Thats what I heard anyway. Some people say it was because it wasn't good enough but I say they can go directly to hell =)vomov said:Um... Firefly? Why they cancelled that beats me. When the ratings are going UP, what do we do? KILL IT!
Besides that, Dead like me.
