Heres 2 games, they're put in spoilers cause the explenations are quite leangthy.
Dunno if this is my favourite, but it's certainly effective.
The game is called "connect" and it basicly just gets everyone drunk or sick really fast.
The more participants, the merrier.
No jokers. (unless you wanna make house-rules for them)
Split a deck evenly amongst all participants (just put spare cards aside, they're not important)
Each player has his/her cards ina pile face-down in front of him/her.
One player starts with flipping teh top card of his/her pile.
then the next player flips his/her top card.
If the cards have the same number (a 7 and a 7 for instacne) both players drink whatever their card shows (in this case, 7 "sips")
If the cards have the same suit (say, 7 of hearts and king of hearts) each player drinks whatever number their cards have (7 and 13)
Then the next player flips his/her top card, and sees if he/she connects to the players at his sides, through either number or suit (since player 4 haven't had his/her turn yet, he/she doesn't have any flipped card yet and therefor conenction durring the first round can only go backwards)
If he connects, then the people he connected to sees if they connect to the perosn on their side, and you proceed this way till you cannot connect so:
Charlie is the 3'rd player to flip his card, he flips an ace of hearts, Brian the second player has an ace of spades, and Angela the first player has a 7 of spades, therefor charlie connects to Brian, who conencts to Angela, and they have to drink respectively 1, 1 and 7 sips of their drink.
Once everyone's had their first turn angela flips her second card and puts it on top of the first card she flipped (it overrides the frist card), this is like before only now, the last player has a face-up card (the one he/she flipped on his/her first turn) so now angela can connect both to her right and to her left.
The game just proceeds this way til everyone has flipped their last card.
variations could be that you're allowed to look at your cards before the game starts, and then arrange them face-down as you please, and choose which one to flip when it's your turn and hope you remember which card is which. That way it's less random, and you decide whether you're drinking in order to get someone else drunk (flip a low spade to connect to your the person at your side who has flipped a king of spades in order to dodge a hearth for instance)
or whetehr you wanan try to avoid drinking as much as possible.

Theres anotheer game called "Fuck You"
preferably 4 or more players, no jokers.
Each player gets 4 cards, the rest of the deck is plaed in the middle of the players face down
players keep their cards in their hands, they're allowed to looka t them.
flip the top card of the deck.
If anyone has a card that matches the flipper card (by number, not suit, so lets say they're 7's) they put it on top of the flipped card and says fuck "insert name here" then that person has to drink sips equal to the number of cards (in this case 2 cards) UNLESS
someone else puts another seven on top, that persion then says "fuck insert name here" it can be anyone, even the person who had to drink in the first place. Now whoever was told fuck has to drink 3 sips.
If someone adds the fourth card so theres 4 (in this case) 7's on top of each otehr they say "fuck all of you!" then everyone else has to drink sips equal to the amount of cards in the pile (in this case 4)
When someone "fucks everyone", the pile is moved away and a new card is flipped.
3's and 10's are blanks, they can be put on top of anything, and everything can be put on top of them, so if theres 7 sevens in th epile, and no'one else has a 7, anyone with a 3 or a 10 can put it on top of the pile, then everything can be put on top of the 3 or 10.
You're not allowed to put a 3 or 10 down along with another card at the same time, you have to put the 3/10 first and then the other on top, so you gotta be fast, or someone else will put one of their cards on top.
Since most poeple are gonan try to put their card on the pile at the same time, the one who's card hits the blank on top of the pile first is the one who gets to "fuck someone"

Sometimes people end up with card unusable, for insatnce, theres 2 sevens on the pile, Brian has a 7, but he suspects that Angela has one as well, so he waits for a moment hoping she will put her 7 on the pile, so he can then put his on the pile and "fuck everyone" cause he put the 4'th 7 in a row on the pile. But he might be unlicky, cause charlie puts a 10 on the pile followed by a 2, so now bill and angela won't get a chance to use their 7's unless they're fast enough when someone puts a 3/10 on the pile.

Watch the Silent Hill film. Take a drink every time a non-relavent monster shows up (PH, we're looking at you) and every time Sean Bean's accent slips.
Take a drink every time someone swears in Boondock Saints. You get pretty wasted, especially in one particular scene from that movie.

Public -------- 5 fingers
society ------- 6 fingers
liberal democrat ------7 fingers
If the words "the war in iraq" are heard word for word, every finishes their drinks.
2) Everytime a speaker points his finger, whoever is sitting in the corresponding place in relation to the TV must drink.
If the speaker non-chalantly waves his hand o'er the majority of the screen, all must drink.
If the speaker sets his hands parallel with each other in the air and brings them upwards and downwards whilst speaking, all must drink the corresponding hand movements to finger measures. (see fig 1)
3) In the chamber, when the rabble is roused, the last person to slam their fist down and call for "order" must drink.
4) In the chamber, when there is an eruption of laughter, the last person to join in laughing must drink.
5) Everytime the speaker says "England", "English", "Britain" or "British" ... the last person to stand up and salute must drink.
