Well, the Sload are pretty interesting. Minimal contact with the (Tamrielic) Empire, until they unleash some horrible disease. The Empire responds by taking some ships, sailing up to their capital, and simply murdering everything in sight. That's the kind of stories that warm my heart.

Also, anything from Akavir. The vampire serpents are peculiar, and then we have the tiger-people, with their Half-Dragon, Half-Normal-Tiger-Dude leader guy.

Tieflings and Aasimar are also pretty cool.

I've always had an affinity towards Dwarves from any fantasy setting, starting from when I collected a Dwarf army for Warhammer in my younger years, because I like the whole Dwarfish attitude.

I say: the Dunmer from The Elder Scrolls video game series.

Physically: they have fire-resistant skin, a cool accent (in the third game anyway), and a balanced skill-set.

Culturally: perhaps the most well-developed fictional culture to emerge from a video game. I'm too sleepy to go into details.

I absolutely loved the Bangaa in FF Tactics Advance/Advance 2/12 myself. I don't know why, I just thought they were "The Shit" especially Baa'gaman. I guess I just have a thing for reptilian races, the Argonians from Elder Scrolls also fall under Awesome to me.
