That Rape Monster in Silent Hill 2 made me just go *Uggh* on so many more levels than I should have.

That, and Dead Space had some cool looking creatures, they were F-ed up, but in an interesting way, not a scary way.

Oh yeah, and there was that tongue thing in Fallout 3. That disturbed me the first time I saw it.
