i wanna say organisation XIII but they got killed of by a teen with a key.
So very true.

Abstergo gets my vote, they're out to rule the world or burn it to the ground. Sounds evil enough to me. Or Gannon, he must own some corporation somewhere.

Does it have to be in a game? If not, I'd say the Tessier-Ashpool S.A from Neuromancer, otherwise, DataTrust of Dystopia
Tessier-Ashpool is in fact in a game, a game named Neuromancer which was all kinds of awesome back in I think 1989 when it was made :)

Despite being the reason the player character is initially alive in the game, I have to go with Vault-Tec from Fallout 3.

Weyland Utani (may be way off on the spelling). Cookie if anybody knows the reference (hint: it's huge and it spans over 200 years. And a quote would definitely give it away.)
It's the Weyland Yutani Corporation - a deep space mining company with considerable assets in robotics, and 1 employee making it her life's work to kill their biggest bioweapon discovery yet

My vote has to go for Tri Optimum

Well my boy, for that presentation you get a snickerdoodle!

I must confess, though, I have no idea who Tri Optimum are.

Shinra
They just keep killing the planet for money. Seriusly, they just suck the very lifeblood of the planet out with no worrys what kind of effect that will have on the world.

Binary Helix from Mass Effect. They aren't evil in a conventional way but they do some pretty messed up things.
Exogeni were much wrose though, weren't they?

Blue Sun from Firefly. Possibly 'cause their logo's cool, but the blue glove people they dispatch are pretty great.
I don't get why they wern't in Serenity, unless it was just because they would have been to much information for the film?
