What do you consider the coolest/most efficient fighting style? It can be real or fictional.
My favorite real style is Aikido. Favorite fictional style is Hiten Mitsurugi-ryu.
Although, i gotta say, gun-kata is a definite runner-up. =)

Gun-Kata for fictional (Ahh Equilibrium...you're so great).
Krav Maga for real-world. I'll be taking this soon, actually! There is a gym near my house!

I like Hung Gar(family) style martial arts. We have a good Asian friend of the family who teaches this, and it's amazing to watch him. There's a seamless transition between five animal styles of fighting: Dragon, Panther, Tiger, Snake, and Crane. He taught me a few strikes in Panther style, and I'm pretty sure I could break somebody's face. o_O

Fictional; Sephiroths (if you don't know who this is, you aren't a real gamer). The way he fights in Advent children and Kingdom hearts 2 is so nice. Quick movements, his flash.

Non-fictional; Aikido or kendo. There is some combination, but can't remember what it's called.

BJJ is the only skill Ive had to use outside of the gym and it finished things quick.

Fictional is Kyokugen karate (Extreme style) from art of fighting, one of the first games ever with a special bar then later KoF.

Practiced by Ryo Sakazaki and Robert Garcia under Takuma Sakazaki. Old man Sakazaki was hardcore in KoF, not to mention ripped.

I prefer my own style which is a mix of Kenpo, judo, and wrestling. I like to get close to an opponent, and take him down with a few hard strikes or a takedown of some kind. I'm also a fan of shoot fighting, which is basically submission wrestling.

As for a fake fighting style, gotta go with Gun Kata.

Gun Kata.
As for real life, the art of a mad brawl. Why fath about with flips and prances when you can just rugby tackle them and headbutt. Though god help you if they have any training in a proper fighitng form, because you're pretty damn screwed then.
