I also kind of like the opening to Fallout: New Vegas, at least the part where they slowly zoom out and give you a small taste of the New Vegas Strip (which I think looks better than it does in the actual game). Maybe it's just because I like the Las Vegas esque atmosphere, but whatever

I can't really think of many intros that really blew me away. Usually they're quite slow and build up into the game. AC2 has my favourite ending of all time. Fallout 3 had a pretty good intro, as did Just Cause 2.

i cant choose im a sucker for a good opening scene.
but the ones that stick out are dmc 3, it was really well done,
along with fainal fantasy xii, brilliant graphics and really told the story of what was happening.

Fable . The intro to that game and the way it laid out the story describing the plight of the people and the revolution using the metaphor with the chicken was genius, best game into I've ever seen.
Oh, also, the trailer for Fallout 3. I remember almost shitting myself when I saw that trailer at E3 one year.
