I'll always be fond of the Stim-paks from Fallout 3. It fits in well when you're role-playing, and I always seem really happy when I stumble across one, even if I have a dozen or so in my pack already.

I liked Phoenix Down from FF, it's sort of a healing item, well, more of a ressing item, but it does heal you a small bit on top of that, and the name was just always awesome in my opinion.

I liked Cure, Cura and Curaga in Kingdom Hearts 1, quick, cheap (only cost 1 Magic point) and effective.

The French Baguette from Dead Rising, but mainly for Franks eating animation with it.

Pretty much any health item in Disgaea. I can't think of them off the top of my head, but every item has its own little description, and they're usually pretty funny.
