The Fountain has a beautiful soundtrack.

Even though it uses the popular songs from its time, and not its own music, Trainspotting's soundtrack is awsome. Same with Luc Bessons Leon.

In terms of movies scores, I have an emotional tie to the Superman score, but I really, really liked the scoring for the Phantom.
