tossup between Waiting For Godot by Samuel Beckett or Rosentcrantz and Gildenstern are dead by Tom Stoppard
You really should. You should check out the stage version with Angela Lansbury and George Hearn from 1982. They are from the original version and it works a LOT better. There are numerous things that I don't think work out very well in the film due to how it was adapted. And Johnny Depp just doesn't work Sweeney's rage. I won't go on about it. But I'll say, you should check out the 1982 stage version before you write it off. If you still don't like it, fair enough. But don't judge it on that film version.Saviordd1 said:Maybe i should check out the stage version then cause i HATED Sweeny Todd on film?
But otherwise those are good choices
Actually, "Springtime for Hitler" is better. LOLBouchie Bouch said:The Producers

This and Wicked (admittedly, I don't see many theatre productions). But wow, I mean sure, I had a Wicked bias before I saw it but it was freaking amazing (and don't any of you people who've seen all those other musicals dare get elitist on me, or I'll cry pathetically in a corner. Just try it *points threateningly*).swankyfella said:Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog
