The first play I was ever in was Of Mice and Men where I played Lennie. I love the show, and I along with the rest of the cast begged and pleaded with our director to let us take the show on the road but it didn't happen. I would also really love to perform in Othello. One of the few Shakespeare plays I actually enjoy.

As far as musicals go, I'm fond of Sweeney Todd, Le Miserables, and Phantom of the Opera (the first show I got to see on Broadway)

I really loved 'Spring Awakening'

I related to it alot I guess even though I wasn't in there situation I was there age and felt how they would feel. They spoke out and said what they wanted to say like I did. I just really loved that musical.
Never got to see it sadly :/

Maybe i should check out the stage version then cause i HATED Sweeny Todd on film?

But otherwise those are good choices
You really should. You should check out the stage version with Angela Lansbury and George Hearn from 1982. They are from the original version and it works a LOT better. There are numerous things that I don't think work out very well in the film due to how it was adapted. And Johnny Depp just doesn't work Sweeney's rage. I won't go on about it. But I'll say, you should check out the 1982 stage version before you write it off. If you still don't like it, fair enough. But don't judge it on that film version.
Ill look into it then

Rent and Phantom of the Opera will always be my favorite musicals. Although at the moment it's Into The Woods since I'm working the show and I have all the songs stuck in my head.

What's funny is that since it's tech week for some reason the song tracks being used right now are for rehearsal purposes only, they don't have a pit and they have to use canned music. So every once in a while during a song when one of the actors is singing you will hear 'Rehearsal tracks', and sometimes the timing is perfect and it's hilarious.

Death Takes a Holiday is my favorite play at the moment.

I love Fiddler on the Roof every time I see it. Almost every song in that show is fantastic.

Repo: The Genetic Opera

Sure, it had its faults, but I liked the setting and the songs are very catchy.
