I'd almost agree with you there, but I have to say that I prefer the scientific medkits. Yeah, their simple and have been done in games since there were games, but nothing says screw you like getting full of radiation, hemorrhaging blood, and low health from some stupid bloodsucker, then dancing on his corpse as you tap the quick-heal button.
