Favorite Otaku/game girl

My favorite otaku is my Asian friend, but I don't think she's actually in any games, so...

I've found myself attached to Asuka ever since I made the 'LEAPFROG' avatar, which I unfortunately can never use anymore. She's more just become my avatar >.>

She's a better character in Rebuild; more character development and shows she's not just 100% ***** all the time.

On the other hand, I do quite like Mari...

Iv never seen Rebuild and i like Mari.
She is just so gorgeous.
Long brown hair, Glasses, pretty face.

And she's crazy. Oh-so crazy... She's criticized for being a useless Mary Sue (Mari Sue, har har) but she's got 2 more movies left for character development.

The crazy ones usually get extremely Badass towards the end.
Lets just hope she survives the Badassness if that happens.

Oh, she's already gotten her badass scene. You could say she's Za Beasto (Eva memes, woo...) But hey, Shinji got such an incredibly badass moment that anything's possible from here on.

When I read "Favorite Otaku" I immediately thought of Konata.

While she -is- a favorite of mine, I think I'd have to say Minami Kana from Minami-ke, although Fuuko from Clannad gets an honorable mention.

Absolutely one of my favorite characters EVER.

So strong, so Beautiful, so Awesome that most of the Planets she has set food on have blown up, Including that Federation Space Lab from Fusion.

Remember, I marathoned the entirety of NGE, including the recap movie Death and Rebirth, right before watching Rebuild 2.22 and it was completely worth it in just about every way possible. I had already accepted that it wouldn't be a straight retelling of the series, and that it'd deviate quite a bit so that may have contributed a bit, but it was just an amazing movie.

When you do see it, make sure to stick around after the credits.

the one with asuka, I've seen all 26 eps of evangelion, and the movie(With lillith rei and all that) but who the hell is this "MARI" i'm seeing floating around this thread? From what i can tell she's from NGE, but where Evangelion 1.0, cuz i havnt seen those yet

Well remember, I'm becoming more and more of an Eva fanboy every day, though that may give my opinion more weight as I love the series >.>

The stuff after the credits is something that I won't mention and the preview for the next movie which features Pirate Asuka for a brief 2 seconds.

I never got into the whole anime scene, except for BoBoBo-Bo-Bo-BoBo.

I always thought the delightfully cheesy english dub of Beauty's voice was funny, so she pretty much became my third favourite character in that series, with Don Patch and Jelly Jiggler tying for first.
