Gengar, Absol, Sableye, Ninetails, Houndoom, Blaziken and Gardevoir, I think.
I used to try to convince myself that my favorites were Water and Psychic. I am so obviously a Dark and Fire girl.
I also like Roserade, but that's really only because they look like my Bio teacher from last year, who was incredibly awesome.
I didn't even like Gengar until Diamond. XD When I was little I didn't have anyone to trade with. Or, indeed, any pokemon. I was playing my Crystal the other day -- I have 12 pokemon in my pokedex. And I beat the game.

I just chose Pokemon that looked awesome, and were of that generation of the game I was playing (i.e., wouldn't pick Geodude in Emerald, rather a Nosepass).
So, Articuno, Scyther, Arcanine, Pidgeot, Charizard, Dragonite, Mewtwo, Feraligatr, Typhlosion, Lugia, Your mom, Blaziken, Sableye, Aggron, Salamence, Metagross, Walrein, Sharpedo, Gardevoir, and Groudon. Oh and Rayquaza and Latios.
I think I was the only person to think that the 3rd gen pokemon were cool...
