Like said before, anything in Monty Python that was funny (by that, I mean basically all of it, save those last few episodes when John Cleese left, and even those had some moments of pure gold.)
Oh, and just about anything said by anyone in Mortal Kombat II (including the hilarious incoherrent gibberish)
"IT'S OFFICIAL: YOU SUCK."

"People obviously like crap these days because Tesco is making a killing," can't remember the author of that one

"5000 uses for today, why this one?" Franz Ferdinand

"Some days I am too melancholy to even gnaw through the leather restraints," Emo Phlilips

Epic death line is epic: "When I die I want to become a penguin. I like penguins."

"How rude of you to attack [me] without warning!" "Sorry about that. I'm shooting again!"

First was from an anime, second from a manga. Disclosing anime would cause spoilers, but the manga was Gundam 00F.

OT:

"Ok guys, listen up. We're on a top secret mission to get coffee and donuts, problem is the Germans drank all the coffee and ate all the donuts, so now we gotta go kick their asses."

There was one I read in a book. A Japanese proverb that went "Fall seven times, stand up eight."

And my own personal quote that I wrote on my board.
"A good sketchbook is never only filled with good drawings."

Due to spoiling the anime for myself, I know which one you're talking about.

Ok. Teh scenario: A girl in dying, covered in blood, and has a massive whole through her chest exposing her heart and lungs.

What does the main character ask her?

"Are you ok?"

*Genius*

"It all started when I came out of the wumb. I looked up at my mother, and said: "That's the last time I'm getting one of those!"." -Stephen Fry

"That's probally some sort of "raw-sewage-container". If you're that interested in it; RUB YOUR FACE ALL OVER IT!" -GLaDOS during the final boss-sequence of Portal.

"These 'cameras', and 'sentry guns' won't be fast enough to save you..." -John/Jane/Whatever the fuck you named them Shephard, from Mass Effect, when he orders the gaurds to stop beating the prisoners.

I've got another one from Terry Pratchett:
Fingers-Mazda, the first thief in the world, stole fire from the gods.
But he couldn't fence it. It was too hot*
*He got really burned on that deal

...Also, From Fluttershy: [sub]yay[/sub]

Göring: Why, of course, the people don't want war. Why would some poor slob on a farm want to risk his life in a war when the best that he can get out of it is to come back to his farm in one piece. Naturally, the common people don't want war; neither in Russia nor in England nor in America, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy or a fascist dictatorship or a Parliament or a Communist dictatorship.
Gilbert: There is one difference. In a democracy, the people have some say in the matter through their elected representatives, and in the United States only Congress can declare wars.
Göring: Oh, that is all well and good, but, voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same way in any country.

"You knew me at school, and perhaps don't take me very seriously. That would be a mistake. You must understand this. When I come to her she will be safe, unharmed, and free. Because I will come to her, and if she is not, I will destroy "her undying majesty", melt what is left of your miserable island to slag, and boil the seas around you for the next thousand years! Do you understand?"

"You... you couldn't!"

"Couldn't?! Couldn't?! I am Gilgamesh Wulfenbach, little man, and there is nothing I couldn't do, had I cause! And now... Now I have one! Do. You. Understand?"

...........

HO HO HO! YOU COULDN'T RESIST IT IN THE END. A MISTAKE, I FANCY. IT GETS UNDER YOUR SKIN, LIFE... SPEAKING METAPHORICALLY OF COURSE. AND YOU SEE THE MORE YOU STRUGGLE FOR EVERY MOMENT THE MORE ALIVE YOU STAY. WHICH IS WHERE I COME IN, AS A MATTER OF FACT.

You can't do this! There are rules!

YES, THERE ARE RULES. BUT YOU BROKE THEM! HOW DARE YOU! HOW DARE YOU! AND NOW THERE REMAINS ONLY ONE FINAL QUESTION... HAVE YOU BEEN NAUGHTY, OR NICE?

HO, HO, HO.

...........

"You're... going to love ME!!!"

...........

I'll be impressed if someone else knows the sources for all of these quotes.

"And perhaps what you see is not justice, but only amusement and irony... two things which I value more."

"Prejudiced? I'm not prejudiced! By the Nine Hells, I even travel with a back-stabbing tiefling of all things, and you know how her kind are!"

Judge: "And you, Sand? Anything more you wish to add that you did not say in the first three hours?"
Sand: "Only that the dress the ambassador is wearing is clearly out of fashion, a blatant attempt to distract the court from the matter at hand, and is more appropriate for a Docks prostitute than a diplomatic envoy. Thank you."

"I derive pleasure from clarification"

Life is too important to take seriously / seriousness is the only refuge of the shallow - Oscar Wilde. They allow me to stay immature :p

Also, life is sexually transmitted terminal disease.

And Tyler Durden.
