Well, good friends, I purchased a CD the other day put out by Streetlight Manifesto, one of my favorite bands nowadays. The album is called 99 Songs of Revolution, and it's a cover album. They do covers of such great punk bands as NOFX, Bad Religion, The Dead Milkmen, and Simon and Garfunkel. (Yes I know Simon and Garfunkel aren't really punk.)
This had me thinking, I've noticed that lately lots of bands have been doing cover albums, and for the most part, I like them. For example, Streetlight reintroduced me to one of my favorite songs from a few years back. The song is Punk Rock Girl by The Dead Milkmen. For comparison, here's the original:

I've been listening to the CD almost nonstop since I bought it, and I think this song in particular is catchy as heck.
So I turn it over to you, Escapists. Are there any songs that you like the cover version as much or more than the original?
