I also enjoyed before I played KoToR (Shame I never got to finish it, the game crashed mid-story) General Grevious, I thought the backstory was kinda cool and he looked like a badass, so that was awesome.

But I think Darth Bane is at the top of my list. Followed very closely by Revan. They are just too cool for school.
