I would say mandalorian. But it's a culture, not a species(apart from original mandalorians, who inhabited Coruscant before the rise of humans). So I'd stick to Gen'Dai(4.ex. Durge from Clone Wars animated series). Tissue regeneration of such rate + mandalorian training and gear = perfect bounty hunter.

Zabraks are cool. (Although as far as individuals go they have been disappointing, Bao Dur being a whiny *****, Darth Maul was featured in a prequel movie, and died at the hands of a teenager, Maris Brood was a pathetic excuse for a Zabrak and of course, Sirak, who begged for his little life)

But I still have to go with humans, because the baddest ************ that has ever existed was a human.

I've always been a fan of Ithorians, since Hammerhead in the Cantina scene. The Tartakovsky Clone Wars only made them cooler.
