So we all have movies we enjoy, and some are either indie films almost no one has heard about, bad movies that were ignored by everyone, small releases that only fans of other movies know about, or just our own guilty pleasures. So in an effort to educate, and be educated, I want to know, what's your favorite, and most obscure movie? Why do you like it? Any fun facts you know about? What's it about, even why does it exist? This isn't just a 'favorite' list, it's a chance to share movies that you just love to death so much you want to share it with everyone, and get the word out on it. And if you can't decide, do multiple!
For me, there's 2. The first is a 1981 film called Shock Treatment, the 'unofficial sequel' to Rocky Horror. It makes one slight reference to the events of the first film, has a new Brad and Janet (actor wise), written by O'Brien himself, starring multiple actors from the original (with only one actor returning and playing the same role), and even has a cameo from Rocky Horror Fan Club President Sal Piro. The plot is absolutely bonkers, but it's got a lot of fun songs, and is actually rarely done outside of Rocky conventions because it's so obscure, it rarely gets anyone except hardcore Rocky fans excited to see it.
The other is a fairly recent film, called FDR: American Badass. Barry Bostwick plays FDR, who gets polio from a Nazi polio infected werewolf and becomes president to stop the world from being taken over by werewolf powers Italy, Germany and Japan. It's a comedy, and just so over the top retarded it's hysterical.
