I've never entirely understood what a 'meme picture' refers to. Seeing as the word 'meme' means an action that is copied from another person. I did get banned for that though. Fun stuff.

I'd have to say either Akuma(Gouki) or Ken Masters from the street fighter series because Akuma is awesome wether he's evil or not or Ken because his hadokens are freaking fireballs and he wears red...and red is my favorite color...also because Ryu is over-rated.

Ugh, so many choices. A lot of these responses to this thread have me second guessing my own answer because I find a lot of them so awesome.

I really like Jack, from Vampire: The Masquerade. In general, just a really fun guy that has some hilarious one-liners.

I am also a big fan of Artanis from StarCraft: Brood War. I really like the over zealous fanatic stereotype. Even though he was really just a replacement for Fenix after you kill him (sorry for the spoiler), Artanis had some much more hilarious things to say when you clicked on him a whole bunch.
