Steve Blum is awesome as a voice actor. I think the next time we'll see him is as the main character of Bulletstorm, which I'm sure means plenty of one liners (YES).
Gary Oldman is very impressive in voice acting, and I loved him as Reznov (made him my favorite CoD character, even though I'm not a big fan of the series). David Hayter is also a really good voice actor. His work and everyone else's in Metal Gear Solid was fantastic. The first one had the best, in my opinion, but it still remains to be very, very good.
The GTA series is also notable for its voice acting (you can count Red Dead, too). My personal favorite performance is Samuel L. Jackson in San Andreas. That was like a dream come true.
