For some reasons I really love dual pistols in games I think Max Payne got me into them.
Plus fallout 3 had President Lincoln's Repeater Rifle which you could steal from the history museum it was pretty awesome.

The bionic commando arm. Now don't care about your opinion of the games. Just the idea of latching on to someones head and ripping them across the room makes me smile.
