I would have to say the Impact Hammer from Unreal Tournament 3.
It's great to weave your way between enemy shells and rockets, get in close and unload a blast of pressure from it. You get the screen-shake effect, the blood spatter and then a rain of body pieces just to finish off the sequence. Failing that, a Redeemer is good too. If a Redeemer round doesn't kill something... you're f&%$ed.
