XKCD, Cyanide and Happiness, Least I could do.
I used to follow Looking for group and Ctrl Alt Del, but both got really unfunny later on.
Oh and recently, Nedroid (recommend) and Rare Candy Treatment (big reccomend for pokemon fans)

There's probably a couple more but those are the ones I follow regularly. Mitch Clem just deserves a special mention because if you have any love for punk, you have to check NN2S and his other projects out.

I enjoy reading El Goonish Shive and Last Res0rt. I check on Penny Arcade and VG Cats from time to time, but those are the only two I read regularly.
