Man, I was gonna say Two Best Friends, but I've been ninja'd on the first post.

Someone that hasn't been mentioned yet though, would be LAGtv. I don't even play Starcraft and these dude's commentaries and castings are hilarious. I shall also second Choleraninja and put out criken for hilarious video game plays with commentary.

The goddamn ONION! http://www.youtube.com/user/TheOnion
Probably the funniest shit I've ever seen on the Internets, and I've seen some funny shit. It's all professional quality, masterful writing and acting.

Also, timtimfed:

I have quite a few I subscribe to!

  • Rooster Teeth and Tobuscus are the ones I like and watch the most!
LivePrudeGirls (because I fancy Milana) and My Drunk Kitchen for my lady comedian giggles.
Alex Day is really funny too, found him recently.
Music wise I have Lindsay Stirling, Warp Records, UKF Dubstep and the Mahogany Sessions.
I also have Game Grumps, because they are funny... the only problem is I don't really like the longer episodes!
I also have Angry Video Game Nerd... that guy cracks me up... In fact it was after finishing all his videos I found Yahtzee! (Strangely I was on youtube watching AVGN, when I found a shit video of someone trying to do the same thing... linked to that was a shit version of Zero Punctuation, and from an angry comment on that I was linked to ZP! Found this site... have been here since!)
When you say 'shit version of Zero Punctuation' is it some long haired American guy basically ripping off the drawing style, and making visual jokes about Yahtzee throughout the videos?

OT:

Vlogbrothers. Obviously, opinions and all that, but I feel like they're objectively some of (not THE) the best people on Youtube. Their content ranges from entertaining to insightful to educational. And they've far and away done more philanthropic work than any other youtuber by a large mile. Example: They founded Vidcon.

Plus their comment sections are full of happy.

They certainly deserve the number 1 subscriber spot more than Ray William Johnson...

Jesse Cox - AKA OMFGcata - One of the few "big name" Youtubers I actually watch with any sort of regularity, his content's entertaining and behind the act of wacky humor he's actually pretty damn insightful.

TotalBiscuit - Bit of a tool at times, but with the moniker of Cynical Brit it's hardly surprising. Consistently strong and informative content, has steered me away from many a poor purchase and has in turn shown me many great games I'd have otherwise missed.

Boo/Booman61 - As a rule of thumb, I dislike CoD commentators, I dislike CoD, but Boo's got such a velvety smooth voice and a golden personality that it's just impossible to watch him and not like him. He also does TF2 and BF3 videos with the likes of Jerma, MLC Stealth etc with increasing regularity. Also the golden voice behind Hazard Cinema's top 10 BF3 plays.

JeremyJahns - Movie/game reviewer, brilliant content and my personal alternative to MovieBob, mainly because he doesn't immediately paint something in a negative light just because it's a bit of dumb fun.

Stonewall008 - Pass on this one if you don't play LoL. If you do, and you like to jungle or at least want to learn to jungle, check him out, another guy with a golden voice.

It was a while ago now, but I dare say that does ring a bell!

There was another one as well wheresomeone just tried to be the same as Yahtzee with a vg review.

Why do you ask? Is there a history with this guy and the 'pist?

It just reminded me of the episode I saw, and I was just mildly disgusted.

It was just 'so... you're mocking this guy because you decided to rip off his format and exact art style?'

Hmm.. pretty much the crew from the TGS podcast.

OMFGcata- Definitely funny. Jesse cox is perhaps my favorite youtuber. Plays a variety of games.

Totalbiscuit- Does many "first impressions" and Q/A's, and he has a decent judgment of games. Plus he's very funny and cynical.

Dodger- I don't particularly remember her username. I'd look it up but youtube is blocked at my school.. But she also does a variety of games and is very witty and fun :)
Pretty much this.
Although, TotalBiscuit is his Starcraft channel, TotalHalibut is his variety gaming channel.
Dodger's are PressHeartToContinue for gaming stuff, and DexterityBonus for her daily vlogs.
Also, the Yogscast (BlueXephos) and Yogscast2, homes of mostly Minecraft videos, and assorted Let's Plays, respectively.

I like TB for the mailbox, to hear his opinion on recent gaming news, and Jesse Cox for Let's Plays, he's great, Yogscast is alright but I'm starting to watch them a lot less than I used to.

TheSw1tcher (otherwise known as the account of the guys who make Two best Friends Play), they're the only guys i really follow on Youtube. Their Lets Plays are some of the best around
This. This is all you need to know for youtube videos.
I've seen just about all their videos, except for their newest "Shit Storm of Scary" stuff and the Silent Hill LP.

Other than that,
Ardy and the Cheif is a classic. They're great up until they move.
Mind of Freeman is pretty funny but it's kind of a stream of thought funny.
Some of the Onion newsroom videos are good.
Mega64 does some pretty good games-in-real-life videos. Dead Rising is my favorite.
