I really like the L4D review and also STALKER review. Fable 2 was my favorite, i loved how Peter Molyneux was floating overhead during the bulk of the video.
I can't remember, but I think MoH:Airborne and another one cracked me up...can't remember what.

Has to be the Painkiller one, with Mailbag Showdown a close second (the opening to Smash Bros. Brawl was entertaining, best ending would be Fable 2).

I was waiting ages for that game, only to find out it was trash. Yahtzee said it all perfectly.

I think the Oblivion one is my personal favorite. Mostly because I'd already schlepped through about 80 hours of that thing before I saw it.
My mind also comes back to "Airstrikes 2: Hooray for Airstrikes" or Mercenaries 2 for the utterly daft.
I found myself "sitting on a nuclear stockpile to shame N. Korea" to throw peas at said giant robot crab. Hey, you never know where the next crab may be hiding!

Eve Online because despite watching it I still went ahead and started playing Eve and after three weeks thought ZP was a bit off with his review of it then out of no where it hit me what a waste of time Eve was and that on closer inspection ZP had actually been right about almost all the stuff he mentioned in the review.
I got more laughs out of Resident Evil: Umbrella Chroinicles than anything else. Even though the only Resident Evil game I ever played was RE2.
Mine would have to be Halo Wars. It was hilarious.
I also liked how he didn't treat Halo 3 like it was a gift from God like everyone else.
When I heard him say in his Ninja Gaiden 2 review, "You want a story, here's your story.
